Welcome to the new VCOA website!

You will need to create a password before you can log in for the first time.

1. Please click the Set Password button below to get started.
2. On the following page, enter your VCOA member number in the box that says, “Enter Your
   Username or Email Address.
   Make sure you enter your VCOA member number and not your email address.
   Your VCOA member number can be found on your membership card or on the back of Rolling together with your name.
   If you can’t locate this number, please contact the club office at or 607-639-2279.
3. Click the Request a Password Reset button.
4. An automated email will be sent to you at the address we have on file for you.
5. Open the email and follow the link to reset your password.
6. You are now ready to log in using your VCOA member number or the email address where you received the automated email as User ID and the password you just created.

Set Password

If you don’t receive the automated email, it’s because we either don’t have an email address for you or it’s incorrect in our database.
Instead, please click the Validate Account button below to send us your current email address.

1. Enter your first and last name.
2. Enter your VCOA member number.
3. Enter your current email address.
4. Click submit.
   Please note that we have to update our database with the email address you just sent us before you can proceed to set your password per the instructions above.
   This process will take one or two days. We will notify you via email when it’s ready.
