ROLLING magazine
Rolling contains articles about members’ cars, restorations, and travels. It also covers Volvo news, chapter updates, events, and technical information, as well as an event calendar, classified ads, and a discount providers listing.
The magazine, which covers all Volvo models—both vintage and modern, is published six times per year.
PARTS AND SERVICE discounts
Many Volvo dealers and independent parts and service providers have agreed to offer discounts to VCOA members. Your membership can more than pay for itself in parts and service savings alone. The discount providers are listed in Rolling and in the members-only area of the website.
A-PLAN By VOLVO
The A-Plan by Volvo Program offers $500 toward the lease or purchase of a new Volvo vehicle, retired demo/service loaner, Certified Pre-Owned, or Overseas Delivery vehicle.
Members may purchase or lease up to two vehicles for themselves a year and eligibility is extended to spouses and members of the same household.
A minimum of one-year club membership prior to eligibility applies to all. Must be a current (paid-up) member when applying and at time of delivery. A-Plan details, instructions, and credential codes can be found in the members-only section of the website.
Local Chapters
We have local chapters all over the country. They are the basis for events and activities close to home. If there is not a chapter in your area, you can start your own with a few friends, some work and dedication. Chapters are listed in Rolling and in our Chapter Directory. There you will also find instructions on how to form a new chapter.
Regional and National Meets
VCOA sponsors meets featuring car shows, technical workshops, swap meets, and get-togethers. These are social events for the entire family and highlight our camaraderie and Volvo enthusiasm. In addition, our Chapters host local and regional meets as well as regular meetings and activities. Check out upcoming events on our events calendar.
Technical INFORMATION
Many owners of vintage Volvos are especially interested in technical information and assistance, both for repairs and modifications to their cars. We help you plug into our network of experts across the country, who can help you with your maintenance and restoration needs.
We can also assist you in finding a reliable service shop, for the older models no longer supported by the Volvo dealers.
Our website hosts an extensive library of technical documents, repair manuals, and wheel and paint codes, which are accessible by members only.
