If you received an update message after you were transferred to PayPal, then the update message was generated by that site, not the VCOA.org site.

Email addresses are checked for duplication when registering a NEW membership, so it appears that instead of RENEWING your existing membership, you tried to create a new account (as you state “re-register”) using the same email address, which then generated the duplicate email message.

Please try again by clicking one of the Renew Membership links and your renewal should be processed normally.   You must be logged in to process a renewal.   If you don’t remember your Login Credentials, please contact Login Support under the The Club/Contact/Login Support menu.

Of course, you'll have to be logged in before you can renew your Membership or you will land on the New Member Registration screen!

Once in, options for Membership renewal can be located by navigating to Members/Membership Renewal for direct access.   The image below is representative of the Membership Renewal screen.  Just click where indicated by the pointer.



You will also see a Renewal form in your Profile under the Membership Tab and it will appear similar to the above screen shot.

If and when your membership expires, you will receive an email (if we have your correct email address) stating the same.  Please renew quickly after receiving this email or your account will be locked and you will have to contact Login Support for a temporary Password to renew.

Refunds are prorated by the number of issues mailed of The Club magazine Rolling.   Example: at the time of this writing (Jan. 2018); $45 membership fee, 4 issues mailed, 2 remaining would amount to a refund of $15 USD.

To unsubscribe or cancel your VCOA Membership, you must return your membership card (or both cards if a US + Associate membership) together with a written request seeking a refund of unused membership dues.   Please send your membership card(s) and written refund request to this address: Contact
