You can retrieve your User Name and reset your Password whether or not your membership is current. Please navigate to
Resources/Recover ID and Password and request your Username and/or reset your Password. This will send your User ID to the email address on file.
If you forgot your Password, there is no way to recover it as it is encrypted. However, the system will create a new temporary password for your account and send it to the email address on record.
If you do not receive the email, usually within a few minutes, then either the email address in your account record is incorrect or the email is going to your spam box or being rejected. This is particularly problematic for people with MindSpring or Earthlink email addresses. If the former is the case, you will have to contact
Login Support under the Contact button and ask to have your email address updated. If our return email is being rejected, you will probably need to add our addresses to your safe sender "White List".
