Happy 30th Anniversary to the Volvo Club of America!

Indeed, I would be there if my wife would allow me to purchase the Classic Volvo of her dreams - 1800ES, Glacial Blue over Saddle, 4-speed auto, R134a AC, custom-fit puppy pad, etc.

JB Weld? Much better to remove the manifold and allow a pro machine shop to repair the crack, clean up the ports and square the mating surfaces. Air/vacuum leaks tend to confuse the FI control system.

On your Vermont trip - where do you leave the Canadian border?

Thanks again for the advise, will see what I can get done professionally.
We will be crossing at Calais Maine. We will be caravanning with a group of other cars, should be a blast.
