What is the correct location of the horns on a usa model 164 when the fog lights are put in the grills

Depends...

On '69-'72 USA cars with Lucas horns the Hella fog kit (NLA) came with the hardware to relo the horns.

'73-'75 USA 164 - depends on the year and horn version.

On cars for markets allowing fogs (Australia, etc.) the 164 came with white fogs (yellow is rare) and the horns were mounted to the fog light bracket.

What year is your 164 and what fogs will you be mounting?
